Data Protection DeclarationData Protection
The operator of these websites takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the data protection regulations as well as this data protection declaration.
The use of our websites generally does not require that you provide personal data. Insofar as personal data (name, address or email address) is compiled, it is carried out on a voluntary basis where possible. This data will not be given to third parties without your explicit consent.
We point out that the transfer of data via the internet (for example when communicating via email) can expose security flaws. A complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
The web pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any harm to your computer nor do they contain any viruses. Cookies aim to make our sites more user-friendly, more effective, and more secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most cookies used by us are so called "session cookies". They are automatically erased after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain saved on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser when you next visit.
Server Log Files
The provider of the sites imposes and automatically saves information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transfers to us. These are:
• Type of browser und version of browser
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Hostname of accessing computer
• Time of server request
This data is not attributable to certain individuals. A combination of this data with other sources of data is not taken. We retain this data to examine it retrospectively, if concrete evidence of unlawful use becomes known to us.
This website uses features from web analytics service Google Analytics. Provider of this service is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies" which are text files that are saved onto your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies on your use of this website is normally transferred onto a Google server in the USA and saved there.
On this website we have activated the IP anonymisation function which means that the transmission of your IP address inside member states of the European Union or in other states inside the European Economic Area to Google in the USA is curtailed. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and then cut there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator, to evaluate your use of the website and to compile reports of your website activities and to further generate coherent services for the website operator by looking at the website and internet use. The IP address transmitted to Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
You can prevent the retention of Cookies through an appropriate setting in your browser-software; we do however point out that you will not in this case be able to use the functions of this website to their full extent. Furthermore you can prevent the compilation of data generated by the Cookies and its use of website-related data (incl. your IP address) to Google and the processing of data by Google by downloading and installing the available browser plugin through the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
Objection to Data Compilation
In order to prevent the compilation by Universal Analytics across different devices, you have to carry out the Opt-Out on all used systems. When you click here, the Opt-Out-Cookie will be activated: deactivate Google Analytics
You will find more information on Google Analytics' handling of user data in Google's data protection declaration:
Contract data processing
We have made an agreement with Google regarding contract data processing and have implemented the tough and extensive standards of the data protection authorities with Google Analytics.
Demographic Characteristics function of Google Analytics
This website uses the "demographic characteristics" function of Google Analytics. It enables the creation of reports containing information about age, gender and interests of the website visitor. This data originates from interest-related advertising from Google and visitor data from third parties. This data cannot be attributed to a certain person. You can deactivate this function at any time through the advert settings in your Google account or by generally prohibiting the compilation of your data by Google Analytics, as is described under the heading "Objection to Data Compilation".
This site uses an SSL encryption for security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, such as the enquiries, which you send to us as a website-user. An encrypted connection can be identified when the browser address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the appearance of the lock symbol in browser bar.
When the SSL encryption is activated the data that you send us cannot be read by third parties.
Right to Information, Deletion, Blocking
You are entitled to the basic rights of information, amendment, deletion, restriction, data transferability, retraction and protest. If you think that the processing of your data breaches the right to data protection or that your rights to data protection have already been breached, you can make a complaint to the data protection authorities. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible for such issues.
